Abstract: In previous studies, biofeedback has been used to treat constipation, and the results indicate its effectiveness in treating constipation symptoms. In this study, adaptive biofeedback was used instead of fixed biofeedback. Adaptive refers to the change of biofeedback parameters during treatment sessions. But in fixed, the parameters are constant. In this study, patients with adaptive biofeedback were divided into intensive and non-intensive treatment groups. The results showed that in both groups; The treatment has been effective and the symptoms of constipation have improved. On the other hand, there was no difference between the two intensive and non-intensive groups, and the recovery was similar in both groups.
