Abstract: In this study, to investigate the effectiveness of biofeedback; Electrical stimulation and high fiber diet were studied in women with obstructed evacuation and paradoxical puborectalis contraction. 31 women were included in the study. People were placed in three treatment groups including: the first group of common treatment, the second group of common treatment plus biofeedback, and the third group of common treatment plus electrical stimulation. At the beginning of the treatment and after 6 weeks, the results using the Wexner constipation scoring system, Bristol scale; anorectal electromanometry and VAS were evaluated. All patients of all three treatment groups after treatment in terms of ease of defecation; The number of bowel movements and the sense of completion of bowel movements were satisfactory. On the other hand, the increase in voluntary contraction pressure in the third group showed a significant difference compared to the other two groups. Sensitivity threshold and maximum rectal laterality in the second group had a significant decrease compared to the other two groups. In 19% of people, the dynamic pattern of excretion was normalized.
